Baked Ham and Cheese Crescent Rolls

Taste and fun in one, this recipe is definite to be a hit among your family! This recipe requires little time you can generate it in just minutes to experience anytime or any day of the week. Ham to crescent dough, the soft and fluffy crescent dough works excellently with the cheesy and savory ham blend.

This recipe is perfect for engaging both you and your kids, even on the coldest days. Even the pickiest eater will look forward to a fresh batch daily.

Key Ingredients You’ll Need

Crescent Dough Sheets: From buying the ready-made one or even the homespun dough made of your own ingredients, the options are endless.

Ham: I use only the deli ham cut into slices because it is my favourite, but you can use leftover ham or any other type.

Cheese: This way, I would use cheddar as my cheese of choice since it is such a great melted cheese, but you can use other varieties of cheese.

Butter Sauce: The butter pat is mixed with Worcheshire sauce, the dijon mustard, the dried minced onion or onion powder, and poppy seeds spread on top of the stick used as a flavor.

How To Make Hame and Cheese Sticks

Step 1 :

The oven temperature should be set to 350 deg. Take the dough and roll it out till you have four slices per sheet, which means that you will have 8 pieces in total. Divide the ham piecewise for the entire length of the dough.

Cut a cheddar stick in half, one piece per ham slice. Wrap the ends of the dough, roll and seal them tightly Lay the sticks of dough onto your baking sheet that has been grased or layed with parchment paper.

Step 2.

Next, take the butter, worcheshire sauce, mustard, and onion and melt them in a small bowl prior to brushing them onto every hotdog stick. In case you have 12 to 15 minutes of time put the dish into an oven heated 350 degrees and until light brown.Serve and enjoy!

Variations For Ham and Cheese Sticks:

You can change this recipe into a brilliant idea by using the ingredients you have in a fun way. Look below for a few great options I like to use on occasion:

  • Whether using the mozzarella, the cheddar, or the mayonnaise, the most delicious kind really varies human to human. I personally found each one makes a perfect combination in different ways.
  • If you don’t like a ham, you can try deli meats other than that like turkey, bologna, chicken, etc.
  • You can process your own raw material and make the dough if you prefer.

Recipe Tips

  1. Place the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  2. To reheat, place in the microwave, oven, or air fryer.
  3. I like to use cheese sticks to get the best amount of gooey cheesiness.
